Our 15 Step Process provides a structured approach to renovations that keeps the stress off of our clients. It begins with booking a complimentary 15 minute call to answer all your questions and review your goals. Whether you're looking for full service design & renovation coordination or you're a DIY'er in need of direction, Jennifer can help you figure out your next best steps. During this meeting with Jennifer, you'll show her your space, talk about your goals and get immediate feedback. We charge a fee for this intense working meeting and give you thoughts, ideas and feedback for up to 2 hours.

Consultation

Project Commencement
During the consultation, Jennifer will read over her agreement and answer all your questions. When you're ready, we'll collect a retainer from you to get the project started.

Trade Day
Trade Day gives us the opportunity to meet each trade who will be involved in the project at your home to take measurements & pictures. We also discuss any potential issues, brainstorm solutions and let trades tell us if our ideas will work. We also take "before" pictures.

Behind the Scenes Design
We then begin sourcing and selecting items, develop construction drawings, collect bids, design cabinet and furniture layouts, etc. This time-consuming step can be agonizing for clients, but we promise it's worth it!

Presentation
This exciting meeting allows you to finally see all design elements pulled together. Here we present all of our ideas, selections and samples for your review & approval.

Budget & Progress Review
A quick meeting to review timeline and budget with you.

Ordering & Assessment
Next, we place all the orders and develop a timeline for the project.

Renovation Begins
After trade work begins, we manage the project and stay on top of the details. Project monitoring and weekly designer meetings, updates and/or pictures occur during this phase.

Installation & Orders Received
Installation of all the beautiful selections are then installed and we are simultaneously receiving furniture and fixtures, reviewing them for damage and safely storing until the Big Reveal.

Furniture Installation & Styling
Everything becomes a reality on this day. We prefer you remain off-site while we ensure every last detail is in place.

Client Reveal
We walk you through your completed home!

Deficiencies Identified
Every project has it's hiccups...and we may find out about them on installation day and need a little time to address any issues.

Deficiencies Resolved
We handle all the items in the previous step, so you don't have to.

Project Closure Meeting
Just after installation, we'll meet one last time where we'll give you a Client Binder will all your warranty info, paint colors, furniture care info and more.

Completion & Pictures
We bring out a photographer to snap some pictures of your home that we share with you.
