It begins with booking a complimentary 15 minute call to answer all your questions and review your goals. Step

Project Commencement

After the consultation, we'll provide an in-depth proposal outlining our scope of work. When you're ready, we'll collect a retainer from you to get the project started.

Step

During this meeting, you'll show us your space, talk about your goals and get immediate feedback. We charge a fee for this intense working meeting and give you thoughts, ideas and feedback for up to 2 hours.

Consultation

Step

Discovery & Research

During discovery and research, we will interview you to get to know your wants and needs of the project. This helps us create an in depth design that will best suit your lifestyle. During this step we will also collect all measurements that will be needed to further develop your design.

Design Development

We dive in and develop general concepts and all the "big picture" ideas. This time-consuming step can be agonizing for clients, but we promise it's worth it! When we have a plan in place, we'll schedule our presentation.

Presentation

This exciting meeting allows you to finally see all design elements pulled together. Here we present all of our ideas, selections and samples for your review & approval.

Refinement

We will revise anything necessary and get your approval before moving on to step 7.

Docs & Drawings

We gather all of the finishes that will be needed for your project and organize them into a specification sheet. Thorough floorplans, details and drawings are completed and delivered to you and any contractor.

Trade Day

Trade Day gives us the opportunity to meet each trade who will be involved in the project at your home to take measurements & pictures. We also discuss any potential issues, brainstorm solutions and let trades tell us if our ideas will work. We also take "before" pictures.

Trade work & Order Administration

Trade work is coordinated, managed, and completed by our team or your general contractor. Meanwhile, our team is following up on orders placed.

Receiving and Checking

As we are receiving furniture and fixtures, our team reviews them for damage and safely stores items until the Big Reveal.

Styling

The final layer of design. Styling the space is the final detail that brings everything together. We will decorate and "style" each space.

Deficiencies

Every project has it's hiccups...and we may find out about them on installation day. But no worries, we will address and resolve them.

Walk-thru/Spec Book

Just after installation, we'll meet one last time where we'll give you a Client Binder will all your warranty info, paint colors, furniture care info and more.

Quotes Approved, Orders Placed

Once you have approved all quotes, we place the orders and develop a timeline for the project completion.

Step

Furniture Installation

The big day! Everything becomes a reality on this day. Our team will deliver, unpack, assemble, and install products. We prefer you remain off-site while we ensure every last detail is in place.
